We will have the following mandatory training & work days:
Sun 4/19 - Volunteer Orientation (12:00-1:30 pm)
Sun 5/31 - Volunteer Training (12:00-1:30 pm)
Sat 6/20 - Workday (9am - 12pm)
Sun 6/21 - Workday (afternoon)
I understand that by being involved in Children’s Ministry at DCCC, I am making a
commitment to the following:
I will maintain my personal relationship with Jesus Christ through regular means for
spiritual growth.
I attest that the information I provide in this application is true and complete to the best of my knowledge.
I agree to adhere to all provisions of the DCCC Child Safety Policy regarding working with children.
I understand that this volunteer position requires honesty, integrity and truthfulness.
I authorize DCCC to make any inquiries regarding any references, churches, or
institutions listed in this application including any law enforcement agencies, and I
release the church and its representatives from any liability which may result from such actions.
I release from all responsibility or liability for accident and/or injury, any and all representatives, leaders, or drivers, working with DCCC.
I give my permission for photographs/videos of myself to be used in any publication produced by Davis Chinese Christian Church, including web-based publications.
